Passing the assessment is one part of completion. The platform also requires that every component of the course is marked complete before your certificate is issued. Here is what to check:

• Make sure you have watched the course video and clicked Mark as Complete on the video lesson.
• If the course includes an introduction or any supplemental notes, open each one and click Mark as Complete after reviewing it.
• Once you finish the assessment, click Complete to officially submit it.

Yes. You must watch at least 80% of the course video for it to count toward your completion. The platform tracks your progress automatically.

Once you pass the assessment and request your NAB CEU submission, the ExpressCEU team reviews your course activity to confirm all requirements have been met before reporting your credits. Completing the video and marking each component as complete ensures your submission goes through without delay.

Once you have completed all course requirements and passed the assessment, the ExpressCEU team is automatically notified and will begin processing your NAB CEU reporting. You do not need to submit a separate request.

We aim to report your credits within one business day. We work to process submissions as quickly as possible and often complete reporting the same business day. You will receive confirmation once your credits have been submitted to NAB.

ExpressCEU programs are approved by the National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB). Most states that license nursing home administrators recognize NAB-approved continuing education.

Because each state may have specific requirements, we recommend confirming directly with your state board if you have questions about your individual licensure situation.

One CEU is equivalent to ten contact hours of participation in an organized continuing education experience. Most ExpressCEU courses are one contact hour, which equals 0.1 CEU. Your certificate will clearly state both the contact hours and the CEU equivalent so there is no guesswork when submitting for renewal.

NAB allows all continuing education hours to be completed online. State boards may have their own requirements, so we recommend checking your specific state's renewal guidelines to confirm any caps or category requirements before completing your hours.

Once you complete the course requirements, your completion is processed within 24 hours. If CEUs are reported directly through the NAB CE Registry, reporting typically occurs within a few business days. If your state requires you to submit documentation manually, your certificate is available immediately upon completion so you can submit it right away.

If you have a deadline approaching, we recommend completing your course a few days in advance to allow time for processing.

Unlimited CEU membership gives you full access to the entire ExpressCEU course library for one year. You can take as many courses as you need, download all of your certificates, and add new courses as they are released, all included in your membership.

Yes. The Unlimited CEU membership is an annual subscription. You are not locked into a long-term commitment. If you choose not to renew, your membership will simply end at the close of your term.

Accounts are individual and are not intended for sharing. Each learner needs their own account so that course completions, exam scores, and certificates are correctly tied to the right person. If your organization wants to enroll multiple staff members, contact us about facility or group pricing options.

You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting us or managing your subscription through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access through that date.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely at checkout. If your organization needs to pay by invoice or purchase order, contact us and we will work with you on that.

Yes. If you are not satisfied with a course, we will issue a refund. Please note that refunds are available only when a CEU certificate has not yet been issued for that course.
